By accessing or using Rezly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rezly provides AI-assisted resume building, ATS analysis, and cover letter generation tools. The Service is offered on a freemium basis with paid subscription plans.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Rezly for lawful personal career-related purposes. You may not:

• Use the Service to create fraudulent or deceptive documents
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial periods.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by Rezly is AI-assisted and provided for informational purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it. Rezly makes no guarantees about accuracy, employment outcomes, or interview success.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any original content you input. Rezly retains ownership of its software, design, and branding. AI-generated outputs based on your input are yours to use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be suitable for your specific needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rezly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
